thanks for the kind words, its my old kit lens that i still have around from my old d70s, and tripod. with a grad filter to balance out the background and foreground, nothing too fancyful as landscapes are not my main subjects.

butts - birds - cosplay now to landscapes?
u may want to do some research on filters, the best would be to have the grey ones as it doesnt "add" any colours to the image. i have a bunch of graduating ones cant remember which are the +4 and +8 as i like to have the sea silky but increasing the exposure time. i also have a bunch of grey filters to increase the exposure over all.
personally think the graduating ones are the best as it helps me balance the background and foreground, so i wont have an over exposed sky or an underexposed land, sometimes u can do HDR but its rather fake. i know of some that use polarisers but i've never used them before.
besides the technical details, its the composition and the kinda conditions of the day that matters the most.
